Joan Laporta's pre-candidacy will today at midday (13:00) present its electoral headquarters and officially unveil the slogan 'Defensem el Barça', an evolution of the slogan with which he won the 2021 elections.
In the media meeting the former president will give a speech outlining the main lines of his electoral campaign. No questions from journalists are expected.
In the afternoon, from 19:00, the headquarters will open to the general public so that club members who wish can provide their signature in support of Laporta's pre-candidacy. Volunteers will be summoned at 18:00 to mark the start of the electoral race.
Last Sunday, 15 February, the first day candidates could request the club papers for collecting signatures, Laporta's group requested 60,000 by email. On Monday, the different candidates collected them at the club offices.
