FC Barcelona president Joan Laporta intends to travel to the United States if the Spain national team defeats Belgium in the World Cup quarterfinals and qualifies for the semifinal. The semifinal match is scheduled for July 14 at the Dallas stadium.
Earlier, Barcelona’s sporting director Deco attended Spain’s match against Portugal to assess the players’ condition. It is expected that Deco will return to Barcelona before Laporta’s arrival in the US.
