Anthony Gordon, who recently joined Barcelona, revealed that England teammate Marcus Rashford, who spent the 2025-26 season on loan at Barcelona, shared valuable advice about the next phase of his career.
"He told me how good the boys are, the team spirit they have, something I had already heard from the people at Barça. So I really wanted to join them. He also told me about the city and best place to live. He’s a lovely guy, very attentive. He’s just given me a little bit of information," Gordon said in an interview with talkSPORT following England's win over New Zealand.
The interview came shortly after Gordon's quick transfer to Barcelona and his appearance with England. Gordon emphasized that joining Barcelona is only the beginning for him, and he aims to win everything with the club.
