Pedri González, the FC Barcelona midfielder, has bought a hotel in Madrid for €4.2 million. The property is near Adolfo Suárez Madrid‑Barajas airport and the planned urban Formula 1 circuit in the capital, according to El Confidencial.

The purchase was made through the real estate company Pedrinea S.L., founded in 2023, as recorded in the Mercantile Registry. The company carries out real estate activities (purchase, sale and rental) and carried out a capital increase of €200,000, bringing its total capital to €4.2 million to support further investments.

The acquired property is the four‑star Hotel Villa de Barajas at Avenida de Logroño 331. The hotel has 41 rooms and is primarily aimed at transit travelers and attendees of fairs and conferences held in the area.

Services include 24‑hour reception, buffet‑style breakfast, Wi‑Fi and the usual amenities for its category. Its location makes it a practical option for short stays.

Another advantage is its proximity to the Barajas metro station, which provides quick access both to the airport and to central Madrid.

Previously, Pedri bought an old convent in Tegueste for €2.5 million in a deal that began in the autumn. Built in 1943, the building housed the Religious of the Assumption for decades. Pedri plans to renovate it into a rural hotel, taking advantage of roughly 9,500 m² and the two buildings that make up the former religious complex, located near the Anaga Rural Park.
