FC Barcelona footballer Pedri confessed in an interview with 'GQ España' about his obsession with a type of dried fruit.
Since joining the club from Las Palmas, the Canary Islander has established himself as a regular starter and takes his responsibilities seriously. Off the pitch, his daily life sparks interest. Pedri revealed he has a small addiction to pistachios: "They are one of my favorite food things." However, he must control his intake as he cannot eat them whenever he wants—for example, while playing PlayStation, he'd eat a lot.
Pistachios are among the healthiest nuts, containing healthy fats, fiber, vitamins, and minerals that benefit heart health and help reduce cholesterol. Experts recommend consuming about 30 grams per day and avoiding salted or sugary varieties to preserve their benefits and avoid health issues.
