Madame Tussauds Berlin unveiled a wax figure of Lamine Yamal shortly before the 2026 World Cup, commemorating his key role in Spain’s Euro 2024 victory.

This is the first-ever wax figure of Yamal in any Madame Tussauds location, uniquely featuring the player with braces. The making process lasted about a year, including a visit by the museum team to Barcelona for precise measurements, with Yamal standing still in a pose for four hours.

The figure is placed in a football section alongside legends such as Lionel Messi to his left and German international Jamal Musiala to his right. Per Yamal’s request, the wax model features his iconic finger gesture showing the numbers "3, 0, 4," representing the last three digits of the postal code of Rocafonda, the neighborhood in Mataró where he grew up.

Visitors especially enjoy taking pictures with football-related figures, highlighting Yamal’s growing worldwide recognition. This tribute signals that Yamal is now part of a historical narrative that spans sports, culture, and political moments.
