Barcelona has successfully defended itself in a court case lasting about a year. Agent Isaac Tutumlu demanded €3 million for services related to Jules Kounde’s transfer from Sevilla in summer 2022.

Judge Yolanda Lucia Arrieta of the Barcelona Civil Court dismissed Tutumlu’s claim and ordered him to pay his own legal costs. This means the club’s finances remain unaffected by the agent's demand.

The lawsuit marks another chapter in Barcelona’s ongoing challenges with agent fees over recent years. Despite such disputes, the club has been improving its financial health, and this ruling provides additional stability.

Although Tutumlu may appeal the decision, Barcelona’s management views this outcome as a clear win, expecting no further negative impact on the club.
