The clubs Oviedo and Sampdoria are negotiating the transfer of forward Estanis Pedrola. Barcelona holds 50% of the player's rights until 2027, when his contract expires. Spanish media report that the transfer fee is expected to be between one and 1.5 million euros.

Last season, Pedrola was on loan for the second half of the season at UD Las Palmas. It seemed he might stay at the club, but talks with the Canary Islands side were broken off. Sampdoria bought him from Barcelona in the 2023-2024 season for 3 million euros, also retaining a share of any future sale and a buy-back option of 7 million euros that expired in 2025.

Although injuries slowed his progress in Italy, Pedrola has continued to attract market interest. He regained form in Las Palmas, scoring four goals in 20 matches, catching the attention of several Spanish clubs including Mallorca and Oviedo. Oviedo has been the most proactive and is close to finalizing his signing.

Financially, Barcelona could earn at least 3.5 million euros from the whole operation, when including the initial sale to Sampdoria. This inflow will help the club partially offset transfer expenses and optimize future strategic planning.
