UEFA has announced sanctions following the penultimate matchday of the Champions League group stage.
FC Barcelona was fined 30,500 euros for two incidents during the match against Slavia Prague on January 21.
This includes 15,500 euros for lighting flares and another 15,000 euros for the delay in appearing on the field. The delay was attributed to coach Hansi Flick, who received a warning and sanction notice from UEFA's disciplinary body.
Slavia Prague was fined 40,000 euros: 20,000 euros for blocking the exit of fans and 20,000 euros for lighting flares. Additionally, the partial stadium closure is suspended with a two-year probation period.
