Raphinha suffered a muscle injury to the right leg hamstring during Brazil's match against Haiti at the 2026 World Cup.

His wife, Natalia Belloli, told the 'Domingão com Huck' program about his reaction at the time: "Honestly, it was one of the first times I was left speechless. He was crying, and so was I." They spoke by phone afterward, and the following day Raphinha underwent medical tests. He is currently in good condition, strong and confident.

Natalia emphasized the importance of maintaining the right mindset for recovery: "The main thing is to keep the right mindset and believe that better days are ahead." In her message of support, she referenced the phoenix myth symbolizing rebirth.

She also highlighted her deep knowledge of Raphinha as a person and athlete, his character, discipline, and love for football and Brazil. She stressed that support and understanding are important during rehabilitation and expressed her pride in her husband: "I see more than just a player in you; I see a human being. You are tireless and unstoppable. You will come back like the phoenix, as you always have."

Raphinha's story and the support from loved ones play a significant role in his morale throughout the recovery process.
