Marc Casado has already talked with Barcelona manager Hansi Flick about his future amid transfer rumors suggesting he might be sold this summer. Despite the speculation, the midfielder has made it clear that his preference is to stay at Camp Nou.

Currently, Barcelona has seven midfielders competing for starting positions, and Casado is fully aware of the competition. He said, "It was a good conversation. As long as the club and the manager want me, I’ll give my all to help the team."

Flick advised Casado to consider moving for more playing time, but the 22-year-old plans to wait until after the preseason to make a final decision.

Casado added, "If I ever leave, I’d definitely like to come back. As long as the club and the coach want me, my first choice will be Barça." There is already some interest in the player, but he is in no rush to leave the club he joined at age 13.

At present, Casado's situation is still open, and his future will depend on how the preseason unfolds and what options arise. His determination to prove himself remains unchanged.
