FC Barcelona continues its international expansion by opening its 30th football academy, located in Mongolia’s capital, Ulaanbaatar. This new Barça Academy will be the club’s 11th in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region.

Due to the extreme climate of Ulaanbaatar, considered one of the coldest capital cities globally, the club decided to implement two separate facilities for summer and winter training sessions. This approach follows the model already used in Barça Academy Pro NY and Barça Academy Chicago.

With this addition, Barça now operates 30 academies worldwide: 11 in the Asia-Pacific, 10 in the Americas, and 9 across Europe and the Middle East. The Barça Academy model is internationally recognized for combining a distinctive playing identity with values such as respect, humility, effort, ambition, and teamwork.

By expanding its global footprint, FC Barcelona strengthens its educational philosophy and football identity, positioning itself as more than just a club, but as a worldwide football education brand.
