FC Barcelona has officially announced the renewal of Caroline Graham’s contract for two additional seasons. The 31-year-old's previous contract expired on June 30, and only formalities delayed the confirmation of her continuation with the club. The official signing ceremony will take place soon, chaired by Joan Laporta with the presence of women's football director Xavi Puig.
Negotiations progressed swiftly at the start of the year, with most major terms agreed upon early. However, certain details led to a wait until the season’s end for the final agreement. Graham is one of the most experienced and influential figures within the squad, combining significant on-field impact with an authoritative presence in the dressing room.
Since joining Barcelona in summer 2019, Graham has won all available titles with the club: four Champions League trophies, seven league titles, six Copa de la Reina trophies, and six Supercopa de España titles. She also finished second in the 2024 Ballon d'Or voting as an individual player.
With Graham renewed, Barcelona now focuses on resolving Marta Torrejón’s contract situation and other roster matters. Currently, the first team has only 16 players under contract, highlighting the club’s need for further reinforcements.
