Hansi Flick wants to end the bad run of results and has already started working on it.

He held two long talks with the team last Thursday and Saturday, which he described as "honest and open" and also two-way.

The coach asked the players for various changes, corrections, and improvements, while the players also shared with the coach some aspects they consider fixable.

Flick admitted he had plenty of time in those two days to think about the situation.

He asked his players to return to the philosophy that helped them win titles last season.

Flick wants to see his players play as a team, supporting each other, well positioned, and with ambition as a clear identity mark.

He stressed the need to considerably reduce the chances created by the opponent, especially on transitions where the team leaves many spaces after losing the ball in the final third and is not well organized defensively.

In attack, Flick also demanded being more accurate in front of goal and not missing chances.

All of this aims to regain intensity and confidence, key for the coach's objective of recovering the lost path.

On the players' side, they also pointed out the defensive strategy and the opponent's chances as important aspects to consider, mentioning some points about physical preparation.

They hope the coach will make some adjustments in training to try to make a qualitative leap in these areas and be more consistent in the advanced phases of matches where the team has shown more fragility.
