The goalkeeper focused on what Barcelona must improve. He said the team has conceded more than they'd like; when they lose the ball they should commit fouls in the opponent's half because opponents do the same. He noted that they defend set pieces well, but there are mistakes in many defensive phases. Despite making important saves, Garcia lamented that his stops mean nothing if the team does not win.
Gerard Marín preferred to emphasise correcting errors rather than blaming the referee: the foul before the 2–1 is clear, but referee decisions are beyond their control and they must focus on what they can control. The left-back added that they need to improve, that their style is risky but they believe in it and it is non-negotiable, and they must produce their best version or they could suffer.
