Inter Milan is ready to listen to offers for Alessandro Bastoni starting this summer, no longer considering the defender untouchable. The club has set the price at around €70 million.

Barcelona has long been interested in the Italian, whose qualities perfectly fit the defensive strategies envisioned by coach duo Deco and Hansi Flick. Bastoni’s speed, left-footed ball-playing ability, and international experience make him an attractive candidate to boost Barça's backline.

Barça representatives have already met with Bastoni's agent and are working on negotiating a better price. Meanwhile, the club is also exploring alternative central defender options from Tottenham, Roma, and Bournemouth.

Barcelona aims to strengthen its squad pragmatically, targeting a forward, a midfielder, and a defender without overpaying. Bringing Bastoni in would be a key improvement to their defense, crucial for their upcoming projects and Champions League ambitions.
