Xavi Vilajoana, a presidential candidate for FC Barcelona, announced that contact has been made with the entourage of Bayern Munich and England striker Harry Kane about a potential summer move.

Vilajoana emphasized that the talks are in early stages and he himself is not personally involved, but people in his project have started exploring options with various players, not just Kane. He stated that any signings would be made in the interest of the club rather than personal gain.

Another player under consideration is Julian Alvarez, although his transfer appears more complicated and expensive. Vilajoana expressed a preference for players who can deliver immediate impact, as Lewandowski did.

He also stressed that La Masia academy remains a key pillar of his plan, alongside ensuring transparency in the club’s management. The presidential election is scheduled for March 15.
