Fútbol Club Barcelona has officially inaugurated its new Americas headquarters in Miami, centralizing commercial operations throughout the continent. The office, located downtown Miami, received a $450,000 grant from the city government tied to fulfilling specific commitments over the next three years.

Bryan Bachner, the club’s general manager for the region, highlighted Miami as the club’s "gateway" to fans in the United States and South America. The multifunctional space will employ between 12 and 14 people initially and is designed to host diverse events.

Beyond managing commercial assets, the office will boost Barcelona’s brand among fans, sponsors, and partners across the Americas. Key programs include overseeing the two Barça Academy Pro centers in Miami and New York, which operate under direct club management and transfer La Masia’s training methodology.

Club president Rafael Yuste described Miami as a key market for Barcelona’s international development, noting that their presence there brings the club closer to supporters and partners continent-wide. The Miami office opening closes the chapter on operations in New York, where Barcelona was present since 2016.

Expanding women’s football in the Americas is also a strategic priority. Plans include launching a Barça women's academy, building on the team's recent UEFA Women’s Champions League title and having multiple female Ballon d'Or winners.

The new headquarters will also serve as the base for the US Barça Foundation, established in 2024 to use sport as a tool for social inclusion of at-risk youth.

Bryan Bachner pointed out that the office launch coincides with a growing interest in soccer in the United States, partly driven by Lionel Messi’s move to Inter Miami. The inauguration took place just two days before the start of the FIFA World Cup 2026, hosted in the US, Canada, and Mexico.
