In an interview on RAC1, Dani Olmo (27 years old) answered Víctor Fon, a candidate for Barça president in the upcoming March 15 elections, who during the pre-campaign questioned his signing and questioned Deco's work as sporting director.
The footballer confirmed he received the message and offered a direct reflection on the focus of the debate around the club: "It reached me. I think we should not focus so much on the players and more on club matters."
Without getting into controversy or details, Olmo made clear that the focus should be on management and institutional issues rather than the players.
Additionally, the international Blaugrana stressed his involvement as a club member: "I am a member, this is my club, and I will vote. I have already decided my vote."
