Frenkie de Jong is a Dutch midfielder whose career has taken him from Dutch football to becoming one of FC Barcelona’s key players. According to the club’s official profile, he was born in Arkel and began his career at Willem II in the Eredivisie. The next major step came with his move to Ajax in 2016, where he gradually earned a regular place in the starting eleven and became the team’s main organiser in midfield.
